Support Group

Join our “Feelings in Check” 4 week Emotion Regulation Group for ages 11-14. Help your child learn how to manage their emotions in a healthy way. Our emotion regulation group is a fun, interactive, and supportive space where kids can explore their feelings and learn important skills for handling big emotions.
